Cha houy teuk is a sweet jelly dessert – one of the most popular street foods in Cambodia. Its sweet jelly is made of agar, a gelatin that is derived from seaweed, and very colorful in pinks or greens. The sweet jelly is combined with many other ingredients such as sago, red beans, jackfruit, sticky rice, and taro and coconut cream.
