In Cambodia, tourists can order lok lak at almost restaurant. The chef will serve you with marinated pork or beef slices, fresh red onions, lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. All is roasted over hot charcoal. When eating lok lak, you must add some lime juice, sea salt and black Kampot pepper.
