Beef Lok lak

In Cambodia, tourists can order lok lak at almost restaurant. The chef will serve you with marinated pork or beef slices, fresh red onions, lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. All is roasted over hot charcoal. When eating lok lak, you must add some lime juice, sea salt and black Kampot pepper. Its smell and high nutrition make this dish become irresistible for the tourists. Lok lak can go well with rice, fried egg and salad.
