Thanh Minh Festival is held in Phuc Sen commune, Quang Uyen distrct in the 3rd lunar month. The festival connects closely to legend of Nung ethnic group. The legend said that there were two lovers but they couldn’t get married so that they killed themselves in a well. To feel pity for them, villagers set up the temple. When festival is held, villagers come to temple to pray for good harvest and good luck for lovers.
