Com Tam (broken rice)
Usually served with fried egg, diced green onions and variety of meats such as parbecued pork chop (suon nuong) shredded pork skin (bi) and steamed pork and egg patty (cha trung). You can also enjoy this dish with cucumber slices and Vietnamese dipping sauce.

Banh Xeo (crispy pancake)
A type of pancake that's made of rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric, stuffed with other ingredients such as pork, shrimp, onion, bean sprout and mushroom. Wrapping Banh xeo in mustard leaf, lettuce leaf or rice wrapper, combine with some types of herb. Then, dip it in a sour and sweet fish sauce.
Hu Tieu (rice noodles)
This is a version of pho noodles, featuring a clear pork-based broth, flat rice noodles and an asortment of pork. You can enjoy hu tieu with shrimp, squid or fish if you're not a fan of pork.
