Welcome to your hotel in Hanoi at 08:00 am by your guide and driver. Drive to Mai Chau (160kms-4h drive) where you arrive in the early afternoon. Installation in the large traditional Thai house on stilts. Lunch at the homestay in the village. The afternoon will be devoted to the walking tour of the villages around Mai Chau and their local crafts. The peaceful life and the verdant landscapes, the friendly and welcoming locals of this site will undoubtedly give you unforgettable memories. Dinner with in homestay. Then enjoy dances and minority folk songs. Taste local wine with fermented sticky rice. Overnight in the house on stilts.

After breakfast, you take the road from Mai Chau to Hoa Lu (150 km - 3h30 of road) passing by Nho Quan. This trip offers you one of the most picturesque landscapes of Vietnam. Arrival in Hoa Lu, ancient capital of Vietnam from the 10th century, where you visit the temples of the Dinh and Le kings. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer to Tam Coc, one of the most famous sites of Vietnam, also known as the "Halong Bay of Land" because of its reliefs reminiscent of that of the famous "Halong Bay". A walk of 2 hours in sampan in the middle of the rocky peaks makes you discover a superb natural landscape. Then, a bike ride to the Bich Dong pagodas located on the side of the hills. Free dinner. Overnight at hotel in Ninh Binh.

In the morning drive to Ha Long Bay (200 kms - 4 hrs drive) through Nam Dinh, Thai Binh and Hai Phong provinces. Arrive in Ha Long around noon. Embark for a 23-hour cruise on Halong Bay in a beautiful traditional wooden junk. Begin the cruise on the bay to explore every nook and cranny. Possibility of swimming. Fresh seafood lunches and dinners are served on board. Overnight aboard the junk in air-conditioned cabins, equipped with private bathrooms.
