We know that it is always a problem for you to know how to book a tour. It is very simple to read our below steps then let us arrange your dream Indochina Vacation

Step 1: Make a research, reading our sample tours to have an idea for your holidays to Vietnam and Indochina

Step 2: Send us your requests as below:

1. Please tell us your arrival and departure city (Hanoi/ Saigon/ Siem Reap...)

2. Please tell us destinations that you want to visit

3. What kind of tour you want to do (Sightseeing, Classic, Trekking, Kayaking... or combination)

4. How many people in your group (adult / Child (age))

5. Hotel (3, 4 or 5 stars and room type)

6. Meal Plan: Half board or full board

7. Your estimated budget per person in USD

Step 3: Confirm the itinerary

As soon as we receive your requests, we will create a suggested itinerary and price and send back to you. You can confirm to take our suggested itinerary or amend it until it suits you (both itinerary and price).

Step 4: Pay the deposit

When you confirm to book the tour, please send us your full name, flight details and special requests...we will then make all reservations and confirm back to you with all details such as confirmed itinerary, invoice, vouchers, flight tickets...and following with a request for deposit of about 30% by Wire transfer, Credit cards, One Pay, Western Union.

- The balance you can pay before your arrival, on your arrival in Cash, Credit Cards, Traveler's cheque

Step 5: Enjoy your tour

Upon you arrival, we will welcome you from the airport and take care of your services to ensure that your tour will run smoothly and you will enjoy the trip with us from the beginning to the end.
