Step 1: Make a research, reading our sample tours to have an idea for your holiday to Vietnam / Indochina

Step 2: Send us your requests as below:

1. Please tell us your arrival and departure city (Hanoi/ Saigon/ Siem Reap...)
2. Please tell us destinations that you want to visit
3. What kind of tour you want to do (Sightseeing, Classic, Trekking, Kayaking... or combination)
4. How many people in your group (adult / Child (age))
5. Hotel (3 stars from US$40 - US$80, 4 stars from US$80 - US$130, standard 5 stars from US$130 - US$200, deluxe 5 stars from US$200 - US$300 per room per night)
6. Meal Plan: Half board or full board
7. Your estimated budget per person in USD

Step 3: Confirm the itinerary

As soon as we receive your requests, we will create an itinerary with price and send back to you. You can agree to what we offer more change something and we will revise the itinerary and price until they suit you.

For the booking, we will need your full names for making reservations (hotels, flights, cruise...), arrival and departure flights for pick up and see off.

Step 4: Confirm the booking

As soon as we receive your information, we will make all reservations and when all confirmed, we will send you the booking confirmation including confirmed itinerary with details of internal flights, tour guide information, hotels, cruise..., voucher for accommodations, invoice for payment, our bank accounts.

Step 5: Pay the deposit

Depend on each tour but normally we will request 30% deposit and payment can be made by Wire transfer, Credit cards, One Pay, Western Union...The balance you can pay before your arrival or on your arrival in Cash, Credit Cards, Traveler's cheque

Step 6: Before departure

Two weeks before your arrival, please check the tour confirmation again, check if you have visa to Vietnam and ask us what you want to know?. We also send you an email to let you know that your holiday is well arranged or if something changes, weather condition...

Step 7: During your holiday

Upon you arrival, you will be welcomed by your private tour guide and driver. During your Vietnam tours, our travel consultant, operation team will be with you and ready to assist what you ask for.

About your services

1. Accommodations

Indochinavalue selects accommodations appropriate to the type of programs offered and client preference but good in quality and location. In case, some of the hotels are changed before your arrival (unavailable). We will book you at alternative hotels which are at the same price and quality (normally it will be an upgrade)

2. Our Transportation

We guarantee to offer the best means of transport on all of our tours. The safety of our customers comes first. We use only the latest modern cars, coaches or vans and all of our drivers are full time workers, government licensed in the tourism industry with at least 3 years driving experience. Our drivers are not allowed to hear cell phone or smoke, drink when driving

3. Our outstanding tour guides

Our tour guides who work with us are, licenced, well-paid with a university background and with years of experience in tourism. Most are eager to exchange our culture and style of life with travelers, and have a great passion for their country and understand the personal touch. Our tour guides are not allowed to smoke, drink on tours and take you to shopping traps.

4. Restaurants

Daily breakfast included with mix western and Asian buffet (in 4 and 5 stars accommodation). Tasty local cuisine can be included in your lunch or dinner with our well selected restaurants that always ensure the public hygiene, beautiful food and great service.
